Providing bicycles, training, safety education, and cycle hardware support to at-need populations within Haiti to enable sustainable access to education, employment/commercial development, and access to health care.

Dual citizenship offers second chance to Haitians living abroad and those of Haitian descent that do not live in Haiti.
